This leading mid-size construction consultancy delivering highly bespoke construction and development consultancy services across the UK including cost consultancy, project management, development management, building surveying, sustainability and environmental consultancy along with BREEAM are currently seeking a Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham.
You will join an inter-disciplinary team of experts who strive to be exceptional in everything they do bringing an innovative approach to each and every project.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior/ Associate Cost Consultant to play a key role in delivery of high-quality cost management services across a diverse range of construction projects & sectors including but not limited to commercial, residential, leisure, public realm, industrial.
You’ll play a key role within their regional cost management team, contributing to project success while developing your professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
