Leading independent construction and property consultancy committed to providing a world-class service to a blue-chip client base is currently recruiting for Associate level Cost Consultants.

Working within multi-sector teams and with a strong pipeline of projects across various sectors, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse developments. They will also have the chance to develop their leadership skills both on projects and within the team.

Candidates should be degree qualified and MRICS with up to 10 years of post-chartered experience working on high-end, multi-million-pound projects within the built environment. Relevant sectors include commercial, office, hotels, fit-out, health, student accommodation, life sciences, mixed-use, data centres, and cultural buildings.

The role requires confidence in managing others and delegating tasks while meeting deadlines. The candidate should ensure work and projects are completed on time and within budget. A client-focused approach is essential, with a dedication to fostering close relationships with clients, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations to provide a world-class service.

You will be joining a team led by a board member. The team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are hardworking and enjoy networking, socialising, and participating in sporting events.
