Responsibilities
- Run sections of the floor and support the management team during service
- Lead by example – the team looks to you when things get busy
- Coach and motivate floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Take on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
- Handle guest feedback in the moment
- Keep standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
- A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
- Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
- Someone who leads with energy and earns the team's trust
- Awareness of basic shift management
- Ambition to develop – the Supervisor role is a real launchpad at Rudy's
