About The Role
This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection! We’re looking for both Pizzaiolos and Senior Pizzaiolos to join our kitchen team and work the Rudy’s way – the true Neapolitan way. Whether you’re an experienced pizza chef ready to lead by example or a skilled pizzaiolo looking to take the next step, you’ll play a key role in creating the perfect pizza every single time. Our pizzaiolos are the first ingredient in delivering the Rudy’s experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Neapolitan pizza experience is essential
- Passionate about authentic Neapolitan techniques and pizza
- Confident using pizza ovens in a fast‑paced kitchen
