Rudy's Pizza in Bristol is seeking an experienced Sous Pizzaiolo to lead alongside the Head Pizzaiolo in a high-volume Neapolitan kitchen. You’ll step up during service, maintain Rudy's standards on every pizza, coach the team and support stock, safety and day-to-day operations while pursuing progression toward Head Pizzaiolo.
Salary starts at £15.35 per hour plus Tips & Tronc and a Bi-Weekly Bonus, with full-time or part-time contracts available.
