About The Role
This is a hands‑on, high‑energy pizza kitchen role built around authentic Neapolitan technique. You will be central to creating the perfect pizza from dough to bake. You will be responsible for stretching, shaping, and firing pizzas the Neapolitan way, managing dough with confidence, working with high‑temperature pizza ovens, maintaining consistency under pressure, and setting the standard for quality in the kitchen.
