As a Senior Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you'll be the heart of the operation, working the oven and crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas as the centrepiece of our pizzeria.
Your day-to-day:
- Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
- Working the oven with confidence, precision, and pride
- Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift
- Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere
What Rudy's needs:
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and enjoy doing it
- Experience as a Pizza Chef – Neapolitan preferred but not essential
- A team player who communicates well and stays calm during a busy service
