Rudyb Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their travel journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
