Hotel Rudyard is a small family run hotel situated in the heart of Rudyard, right by the stunning Rudyard Lake. We comprise of 13 rooms, 2 cottages and a function room that caters for events such as weddings, parties, etc.
The successful candidate will work closely with an established management team, supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in the hotel and/or restaurant industry and a proven work ethic. This role will involve assisting with the management of a small team, maintaining high standards of service, and setting the pace to ensure a consistently positive guest experience. The candidate will also play a key role in fostering a professional and motivated team environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and the drive to contribute to the continued success and achievement of the hotel's objectives.
Salary: From £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
