JOB SUMMARY

We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to play a key role in maximizing the resort's revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will analyze data and trends, support pricing strategies, and help optimize occupancy and rates across all areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and external factors to inform pricing decisions
  • Review daily figures to ensure accuracy and support the Commercial Scorecard
  • Manage guest mix to maximize revenue, focusing on rooms and spa
  • Identify challenges and growth opportunities, recommending actions to the Assistant Revenue Manager
  • Maintain and update distribution channels and booking engines
  • Configure PMS, Spa, and ResDiary systems to ensure correct rates and availability
  • Coordinate with the Business Support Executive to ensure corporate rates are loaded
  • Manage staff booking availability for hotel, restaurant, and spa
  • Conduct additional analysis as required by the Assistant Revenue Manager
  • Contribute to creating seasonal offers and experiences to maximize revenue
  • Provide administrative support to the revenue management team
  • Stay informed on industry trends and financial targets

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue, reservations, or related hospitality roles (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
