To support the smooth day to day operational running and standards of the Rooftop spa areas including the rooftop spa garden, reception areas, and rooftop welcome desk to provide the highest levels of guest service, cleanliness and operation of spa experiences. To promote all available business opportunities, predominantly food and drink sales and services within the spa.
About You
- Attention to detail

- A good level of computer literacy and database knowledge of booking systems, as well as experience working with excel.
- Ability to work cohesively alongside the reception and wider spa team
- Physically fit and able to count, lift and move laundry around the Spa
- Previous guest service experience in a guest‑facing role desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create a welcoming, relaxing rooftop spa environment.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Rooftop Spa, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead by example, coaching and supporting team members to maintain high service standards.
- Drive beverage sales and promote spa products and services to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalation concerns where required.
- Manage stock levels, ordering requirements, and ensure all spa amenities are readily available.
- Maintain outstanding standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety, and operational compliance.
- Conduct routine pool and spa checks, including water testing and safety monitoring.
- Support the management team with administration, team training, and continuous service improvements.
- Ensure the rooftop spa facilities are safe, well‑maintained, and presented to the highest standard at all times.
