- Key Responsabilities
- Takes ownership of a section of the restaurant floor during service, ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience
- Leads and supervise a small team of waiting team/hosts on shift, briefing them pre-service and keeping standards up throughout
- Handles guest queries, feedback, and any issues on their section, escalating where needed
- Supports with training and mentoring newer or junior team members
- Ensures tables are set, turned, and run to standard, supports smooth pacing between kitchen and guests
- Assists with opening/closing procedures, and cash/till handling as required
- Deputises for a duty/assistant manager when needed
- Complete relevant shift reports
- Support communication within the Management Team through handover process and operating procedures such as opening and closing.
In return for your hard work and commitment we offer
- Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
- Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
- Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks
