We're looking for an energetic and professional Class Instructor to join our team and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.
As a Gym Class Instructor, you'll lead engaging and safe fitness classes that inspire members of all fitness levels.
You'll create a positive atmosphere, encourage participation, and help members achieve their health and wellness goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality group fitness classes in line with industry standards and gym policies.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications for different fitness abilities.
- Motivate and engage participants to create an enjoyable class experience.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all class attendees.
- Set up and store equipment before and after classes.
- Build positive relationships with members and contribute to member retention.
- Maintain professional standards and represent the gym positively at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (minimum).
- Relevant group exercise certification(s) for the classes you teach.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- DESRIABLE
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
- Experience teaching classes such as HIIT, Circuits, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise, Zumba, or similar.
- Previous experience working in a gym or fitness facility.
