JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage offering across Adventure Golf, Golf Academy, and Golf Clubhouse, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, team performance, and guest service. We are a vibrant leisure destination where great food, drinks, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences come together. Our Golf facility combines a new opening of Adventure golf, family entertainment, events, and quality food & drink experiences. We are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. As our Food and Beverage Lead, you'll be at the heart of the action, leading the team, delivering exceptional service, and helping shape the food and drink experience across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently make decisions for the best outcome of team and guests when faced with inappropriate or disruptive behaviours.
- Ensure all challenges and associated outcomes are logged accurately.
- Awareness of all upcoming business across the Golf Facility, managing own time and prioritising appropriately.
- Interact and communicate effectively with all team members, ensuring standards of performance are achieved.
- During low season, other duties around the Golf Course will be expected as part of this role.
- Lead daily food and beverage operations across all service areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
- Supervise, motivate, and support the F&B team during shifts.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage, and supplier deliveries.
- Support menu development and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the wider operations team to support events and peak trading periods.
- Support achievement of sales targets and labour controls.

- Provide and promote continuous professional development opportunities to maintain an empowered, progressive, and knowledgeable Guest Service team.
- Effectively supervise, discipline, mentor, and support team members with performance evaluations.
- Ensure sign-off of all Service Standards by position competencies for departmental team members.
- Ensure solutions meet strategic business objectives and quality standards within time, resource, and financial goals.
- Upsell all available space, using initiatives across Resort to promote the area and products on offer.
Working Relationships/Communication
- Ensure all appropriate issues are communicated to the relevant Senior Leader or HOD.
- Show strong communication skills with guests and colleagues.
