We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our vibrant Adventure Golf and Golf Academy destination. You will be expected to run a service within the kitchen and manage junior team members to ensure the food goes out to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready for progression.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes in line with company standards and recipes.
- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring efficient service during busy periods.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and EHO standards at all times.
- Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and event catering menus.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Support stock management, stock rotation, ordering, and waste control procedures.
- Train and mentor Chefs and Kitchen Assistants where required.
- Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to the Head Chef.
- Ensure correct stock rotation procedures (FIFO) are followed.
- Minimise food waste through effective preparation, portion control, and storage practices.
- Maintain agreed gross profit margins by adhering to recipe specifications and portion controls.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory management.
- Support the monitoring of food costs and kitchen expenditure.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary waste without compromising quality.
- Ensure all deliveries are checked, recorded, and stored correctly.
- Carry out stocktakes.
