Role Overview
The Breakfast Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of breakfast service within the Clocktower Brasserie. This role is key in delivering an exceptional dining experience, often representing the final touchpoint of a guest's stay at Rudding Park. The Breakfast Manager will inspire and develop the breakfast team, ensuring consistently high standards of service, product knowledge, and operational excellence. Working closely with both the Clocktower Brasserie Manager and Kitchen team, the Breakfast Manager will drive guest satisfaction, service efficiency, and team performance.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage leadership role

- Working pattern includes 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily breakfast service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Support and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance and confidence.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including dietary requirements and special occasions.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure accurate guest billing and adherence to company procedures.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to continually enhance the guest experience.
In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:
- Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
- Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
- Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks
