Job Summary: The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces. As a chef trainee within Rudding Park you will be given full training across all areas of the kitchen and work across the three main kitchens within the resort: Clocktower Brasserie, Meetings and Events, Horto. This will enable you to gain experience doing different food styles and services and to build on your cooking skills, knowledge and professionalism over a structured 12 month programme. During your year you will also go on supplier site visits. You will be working with a strong motivated kitchen team of experienced and passionate Chefs who promote collaboration and diligence.
