We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in the In4Velocity ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily ERP operations, ensuring data accuracy, supporting end users, and coordinating with internal departments to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations within the In4Velocity ERP system.
- Create, update, and maintain customer, inventory, project, and sales data.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Procurement, and Projects teams to ensure accurate ERP transactions.
- Monitor bookings, collections, inventory, and project-related activities within the ERP.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify and troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the technical support team for resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates across all ERP modules.
- Provide user support and conduct basic training for employees using the ERP.
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Prepare documentation for ERP processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with In4Velocity ERP.
- Good understanding of real estate business processes.
- Knowledge of CRM, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Accounts modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
