Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink.

  • Hold down the fort at night, looking after the house and guests.
  • Handle the end‑of‑day closing with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on track.

Qualifications

  • Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry (but “mise‑en‑place” knowledge is not required).
  • True night owl, comfortable working primarily at night and in shifts while keeping everything under control.
  • Reliability, multitasking and a willingness to learn among strengths.
  • Empathetic and enthusiastic, enjoying interacting with guests and working in a team.
  • Great sense of humour and ability to share enthusiasm with others.
  • Fluently speaking English.
