PPC Manager

We’re Hiring: In-House PPC Manager (Full-Time Role)

Salary:

£40,000 – £70,000 per year

Hybrid / Remote / In-Office – UK BASED

Ruby is a growing online home and garden retailer with a significant PPC investment across Google, Bing, and Paid Social channels.We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven PPC specialist to join our in-house team and take full ownership of our paid advertising strategy. This is a full-time, permanent position.You’ll be managing significant annual spend and will play a pivotal role in improving efficiency, performance, and attribution across all platforms.

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns

– Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Commercial ROI and performance insights

– Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Social- Strategic thinking paired with confident campaign execution

– Solid grasp of attribution modelling and cross-channel tracking
