We’re hiring an in-house PPC Manager (Full-Time Role).
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per year
Location: Hybrid / Remote / In-Office - UK Based
Ruby is a growing online home and garden retailer with a significant PPC investment across Google, Bing, and Paid Social channels. We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven PPC specialist to join our in-house team and take full ownership of our paid advertising strategy. This is a full-time, permanent position.
You’ll be managing significant annual spend and will play a pivotal role in improving efficiency, performance, and attribution across all platforms.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Commercial ROI and performance insights
- Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Social
- Strategic thinking paired with confident campaign execution
- Solid grasp of attribution modelling and cross-channel tracking
