We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join an innovative luxury travel brand that is redefining how people experience the world.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, with hybrid working (1–2 days in the office). Salary is up to £50,000.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will help shape elegant, user-centred digital experiences across web, mobile and internal platforms. You will be working across both B2C and B2B products—think slick guest-facing websites, supplier tools, and internal systems that keep the operation running smoothly. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver beautiful, functional, and intuitive digital journeys.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally across both consumer-facing and business-facing environments.
- Hands-on experience across the full design process—from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Confidence in designing for mobile, web, and app platforms, and comfortable working with tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Bonus points if you have worked with internal tools, helped run discovery workshops, or have an eye for sleek interaction design.
You are likely to be curious, collaborative, detail-obsessed, and passionate about creating simple, beautiful user experiences. You thrive in a growing team, love solving problems, and enjoy balancing user needs with commercial goals.
