We’re working with a well-regarded independent brand and design agency in East London looking for a junior to midweight Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of projects - working closely with clients and creatives to keep things moving, on track, and delivered to a high standard.

The role

You’ll act as a key point of contact across projects - helping to build client confidence while ensuring the creative team can deliver their best work. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Keeping projects on track and flagging any risks early
  • Acting as a key client contact on selected projects
  • Writing clear briefs and making sure the team has what they need to deliver
  • Managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Monitoring resource, time and workload across projects
  • Supporting senior team members, while also leading on your own projects
  • Keeping visibility across all live work within your accounts
