We are recruiting for our client, a global tech company who are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join their team in West London. They are looking for a Team Leader with drive, ambition and strong entrepreneurial skills. You will be supporting a period of increased growth. You will be responsible for managing a team who will be selling products/solutions to customers from both a public sector and commercial landscape. What we’re looking for: The successful applicant will need to be a self-starter with strong team player attributes, a leader, a mentor, and have a proven ability to drive their own and team pipelines and conversion to ensure the Digital Sales team hit targeted revenue. About you: – Accessible, approachable, and flexible with good communication skills – Demonstrable success in a sales selling role and people manager experience – Relationship management and account management success, – Demonstrable leadership & mentoring skills and ability to manage a sales team – Fast thinking with an understanding of modern selling techniques i.e., digital sales Salary: 36k + very attractive commission
