New Business Manager – Marketing/Advertising agency space London (Hybrid: 3 days in central london or with clients)
up to £67k base + 40% commission + excellent benefits
We’re hiring for a newly available role at the heart of a globally respected business in the brand, marketing and creative space — known for its world-class content, strategic advisory work and cultural influence.
As New Business Manager , you’ll play a central role in the commercial growth of the organisation’s consultancy arm.
You’ll report into the Head of New Business, but play a key role in shaping strategy, driving pipeline, and mentoring others across the commercial team.
This role would suit someone who:
Has strong experience in consultative B2B sales , ideally selling strategy, training, or transformation programmes to senior stakeholders
Understands the marketing, comms or creative industry landscape
Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambitious commercial targets
Is motivated by meaningful work — helping brands elevate their creativity and impact
