We’re working with a well-regarded independent brand and design agency in East London looking for a junior to midweight Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of projects - working closely with clients and creatives to keep things moving, on track, and delivered to a high standard.
The role
- You’ll act as a key point of contact across projects - helping to build client confidence while ensuring the creative team can deliver their best work.
- This is a hands‑on role where you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Keeping projects on track and flagging any risks early
- Acting as a key client contact on selected projects
- Writing clear briefs and making sure the team has what they need to deliver
- Managing expectations both internally and externally
- Monitoring resource, time and workload across projects
- Supporting senior team members, while also leading on your own projects
- Keeping visibility across all live work within your accounts
