We're working with a fast-growing premium consumer brand looking for a Marketing Manager to help bring partnerships, collaborations and campaigns to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You'll work across exciting brand collaborations, ambassador programmes and integrated marketing campaigns, helping introduce the brand to new audiences and maximise the impact of key commercial partnerships.

Working closely with senior marketing leaders, you'll coordinate campaigns across content, social, e-commerce, PR and paid media channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing partnership and collaboration campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Working with premium brand partners, ambassadors and external organisations
  • Creating campaign plans and coordinating activity across multiple marketing channels
  • Acting as the day-to-day lead on campaign execution
  • Managing relationships with agencies, creators and external partners
  • Supporting content shoots, launches and brand activations
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise the value of partnerships and collaborations

About You

You'll likely have around 3-5 years' marketing experience and be ready to take ownership of larger campaigns and projects. You may currently be a:

  • Marketing Executive looking for the next step
  • Senior Marketing Executive
  • Marketing Manager in a smaller business
  • Partnerships Executive
  • Campaign Executive or Campaign Manager

We're particularly interested in candidates from direct to consumer brands. If you love sports and the outdoors even better!

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
  • Exposure to partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships or ambassador programmes
  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
