As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Junior Content & Campaign Designer to support the creation of high-quality creative assets across paid, owned and social channels.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, imaginative designer with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation. You'll support the development of static and motion creative across advertising, social media, email and digital campaigns, helping bring ideas to life through strong design, attention to detail and an understanding of what performs across different platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or junior designer looking to gain experience within a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce static and digital marketing assets across paid social, display, YouTube, email and CRM channels.
- Support the creation of campaign toolkits and content assets for use across multiple channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare artwork and assets for media partners and digital platform delivery.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts to campaign briefs and team brainstorms.
- Adapt creative and copy layouts across multiple formats while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Support the creation of visual content including photography, video and motion assets.
- Stay up to date with design, content and social media trends.
About You
- Recent graduate in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with Figma, InDesign and digital content creation.
- Understanding of social-first content formats across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Strong eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
