  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partnership activation plans efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee creation, approval and deployment of partnership assets, ensuring correct usage of logos, imagery and messaging.
  • Track financial, in-kind and asset contributions, monitoring budgets, performance and reporting.
  • Produce clear internal and partner-facing reports, including post-activation performance updates.
  • Surface trends, ideas and opportunities to strengthen partnerships and inform future collaborations.
  • Represent the brand externally at meetings, events and activations.

  • Background in premium consumer brands, lifestyle, travel, sport, apparel or related sectors.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building productive relationships internally and externally.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, assets, reporting and performance alongside relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, pragmatic and detail-oriented, with strong sense of ownership.
