We are recruiting for our client - a premium, consumer brand operating at the intersection of performance, sport, luxury and modern lifestyle. The business works with a carefully selected group of partner brands to create high-quality collaborations and activations that extend reach, build credibility and support long-term brand growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a hands-on role in shaping future collections.

This is a highly hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys both creative and technical design work, from concept development through to detailed tech packs and factory communication. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability, attention to detail and a passion for product are key.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the development of seasonal collections, from concept through to final product
  • Research trends and contribute to creative direction across performance and luxury apparel
  • Produce detailed technical flat sketches and CADs
  • Create and maintain tech packs including measurements, trims, construction and fabric specifications
  • Communicate design intent clearly with pattern cutters and manufacturing partners
  • Update designs following fittings and reviews
  • Support across apparel, branding and trim design where needed
  • Contribute to range planning and product development processes

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Designer or Junior Designer role
  • Background in luxury, premium or performance apparel (outerwear essential)
  • Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit and grading
  • Experience working with factories and product development teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Technical knowledge of performance fabrics (composition, waterproofing, breathability, wind resistance)
  • Insulation types (down and synthetic) and construction methods
  • Knitwear fundamentals (yarns, gauge, performance)
  • Garment construction techniques across outerwear and knitwear
  • Awareness of trends within technical and luxury apparel
