We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing, ambitious business in the green tech space, taking ownership of digital lead generation and helping drive commercial growth across multiple audiences. This is a hands-on, senior role where your campaigns will have real impact on results and business outcomes.
This is a remote role with regular travel, with 1–2 days per week expected in person. Candidates should live near a mainline station or have access to a car to reliably attend these in-person days.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for building, running and optimising the digital growth engine. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll turn marketing activity into measurable outcomes across paid media, organic social, email, SEO, website and CRM-driven campaigns. This role is across B2B and B2C.
You’ll also work with internal teams to ensure digital activity supports brand credibility, thought leadership and strong customer engagement, helping to guide audiences through longer, considered decision-making journeys.
What You’ll Do- Lead digital campaigns across channels, optimising for quality leads and conversions
- Build full-funnel customer journeys from awareness to enquiry or conversion
- Track, report and improve cost-per-lead and campaign performance
- Manage email automation, CRM journeys and nurture campaigns
- Collaborate with commercial and local teams to align campaigns with priority products and audiences
- Support content creation, online reputation management and brand consistency
- Brief and manage external partners as needed
- Test new formats, messaging and channels to continuously improve performance
- Strong digital generalist with hands-on experience across paid, organic, email, website and CRM
- Commercially minded, focused on outcomes over vanity metrics
- Experience generating leads and optimising conversion in product- or service-led businesses
- Comfortable working across B2C and B2B audiences
- Confident in digital tools, analytics, and campaign reporting
