We’re working with a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join its small, collaborative marketing team. The business has grown significantly over the past few years and is now entering its next stage of growth. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys working in a scale-up environment and wants genuine ownership of demand generation.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll develop and deliver integrated campaigns designed to create qualified demand and, importantly, convert that demand into sales conversations and pipeline. The business operates within a highly targeted enterprise market, so this isn’t about generating huge volumes of leads through broad paid campaigns. Account-based marketing is central to the strategy, and you’ll focus on reaching and engaging specific organisations and decision-makers through relevant, high-quality campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Sales and other teams across the business, with plenty of autonomy to bring new ideas and help shape how demand generation evolves.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Planning and delivering integrated B2B demand generation campaigns from strategy through to execution
  • Developing ABM campaigns across targeted enterprise accounts, including one-to-many and one-to-few approaches
  • Creating campaigns across channels including email, webinars, events, thought leadership, gated content and organic digital
  • Building nurture programmes and customer journeys using marketing automation
  • Generating and qualifying high-intent leads and working closely with Sales/SDRs to improve conversion into meetings and opportunities
  • Using campaign and funnel data to understand what is working and continually improve performance
  • Supporting lead scoring, segmentation and marketing automation
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial priorities
  • Exploring new channels and approaches to reach a highly targeted B2B audience
  • Helping the business develop an increasingly sophisticated and measurable demand generation strategy
What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have around 5+ years' experience within B2B marketing, with strong experience across demand generation and integrated campaigns. Experience within B2B SaaS or technology would be particularly relevant, although we’re open to people from other complex B2B environments.

You’ll need:

  • Good understanding of account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar
  • Experience with lead nurturing, segmentation and funnel management
  • A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using campaign data to make decisions
  • Experience working closely with Sales
  • The ability to operate autonomously within a small, fast-moving team

Paid media/performance marketing experience is not essential. This role is much more focused on targeted ABM, content-led demand generation, nurture and creating high-quality opportunities within a defined enterprise audience. You don’t need previous experience within the company's particular industry. What matters more is a strong B2B SaaS/demand generation mindset, curiosity and the ability to get up to speed with a complex product and audience.

The opportunity: This is a particularly interesting time to join. The business is already established and successful but is moving into its next stage of growth, creating plenty of opportunity for someone to bring fresh thinking and influence how demand generation is done. The marketing team is small and highly collaborative, so this would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with actually making things happen.

Location: London, hybrid - approximately 2 days per week in the office.
