We are recruiting for our client, a leading B2B tech marketing agency, looking for a Client Services Director to drive exceptional client relationships, deliver high-impact campaigns, and lead a high-performing team.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, shaping strategic direction, and driving both organic and new business growth. You’ll have a sharp commercial mindset, a deep understanding of integrated marketing, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in B2B tech.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Act as the trusted adviser for senior clients, helping them navigate business challenges with smart, insight-led marketing strategies.
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across media, content, digital, and social.
- Work closely with internal strategy and creative teams to drive integrated, effective work that delivers measurable results.
- Take a data-driven approach, using insights to refine strategies and unlock new opportunities.
- Own the revenue pipeline, identifying opportunities for account growth and ensuring client satisfaction leads to long-term partnerships.
- Lead new business pitches, helping to shape compelling proposals and win new clients.
- Balance big-picture strategy with the detail of forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented client services team, ensuring they are motivated and delivering at their best.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, setting the bar high for both client servicing and creative output.
- Work closely with agency leadership to shape overall business direction and growth.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in a client services or leadership role within a B2B agency environment.
- A track record of building strong client relationships at senior levels and delivering commercially successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing – from media and content to digital, social, and creative.
- Experience managing and growing high-value accounts, driving both retention and new business.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Commercially astute, results-driven, and confident navigating complex client challenges.
