We are recruiting for our client, a growing consumer lifestyle agency in the heart of London. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
Key Skills Required:
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring agreed scope of work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Act as the central point of each account, keeping everything running smoothly while managing both upwards and downwards within the team.
- Strong day-to-day client management skills, fostering productive and positive relationships.
- Serve as the client lead on smaller accounts, delivering plans effectively and meeting KPIs with light oversight from senior team members.

Clients
Planning & Programme Management
- Ensure you and your team provide an outstanding level of service, consistently delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of campaigns with guidance from senior leadership.
- Proactively develop and refine your strategic thinking skills.
- Bring creativity to campaign development and execution.
- Identify innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Use audience insights and industry knowledge to inform client strategies and build impactful campaigns.
Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts, becoming their go-to person for updates and support.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, ensuring a collaborative and respectful working relationship.
- Be recognised by clients as a reliable operator who understands the cultural landscape and can effectively deliver campaigns.
Reporting
- Ensure all client reporting—daily, weekly, or quarterly—is delivered on time and to a high standard, regularly reviewing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to KPI development during campaign planning, ensuring they are relevant and achievable.
- Play an active role in campaign analysis and evaluation, using insights to shape future strategies.
Finance
- Keep WIPs and cost trackers regularly updated.
- Develop creative ideas that maximise impact within budget constraints.
Communication
Media Relations
- Lead media engagement, ensuring the right materials are distributed and that the team represents clients accurately and effectively.
- Develop and execute well-thought-out press office plans that leverage strong media connections and cultural insights.
- Stay informed about the influencer landscape, keeping up with trends and developments.
- Apply this knowledge to build influencer strategies that enhance campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain top-tier media relationships, securing high-impact coverage.
- Encourage and support the wider team in growing their own media networks.
Influencer Relations
- Drive engagement with influencers, ensuring strategic partnerships align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Writing
- Ensure that all written content aligns with each client’s tone of voice, with work that is well-researched and error-free.
- Adapt writing style to suit different brands and platforms.
- Produce a range of written materials, from campaign plans and press releases to thought leadership pieces and op-eds.
Team Management
- Oversee client work across your portfolio, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Provide structure and clarity for your team, ensuring clear areas of responsibility and resolving any challenges quickly.
- Guarantee all client materials are produced to an exceptional standard, reviewed thoroughly, and delivered on time.
- Support and develop junior team members, coaching them to excel and identifying training opportunities to enhance their skills.
Creativity
Brainstorms & Idea Generation
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Help shape strong creative concepts that clients will buy into, leading the execution from start to finish.
Salary: up to 38k
