Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Assist guests with the self‑check‑in process and perform additional front‑desk responsibilities as required.
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks in a timely and efficient manner to support seamless service.
- Take care of the breakfast buffet each morning and demonstrate barista skills.
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage, ensuring a perfect mise‑en‑place in line with our standards.
- Share local insider tips with guests, directing them to the best spots in the city.
Qualifications
- Ideally have some experience in the hospitality industry; a lack of familiarity with terms such as “mise‑en‑place” is acceptable.
- Flexible and able to work rotating shifts.
- Reliable, capable of multitasking, and eager to learn.
- Empathetic and enthusiastic, enjoying teamwork and guest interaction.
- Humorous, team‑oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
- Fluent in English.
