Ruby Hotels is seeking a Cluster Hotel Manager for Northern Europe to lead one of our hotels as a true host while coordinating across the Ruby Zoe, Ruby Lucy, Ruby Stella, Ruby Molly and Ruby Frida properties.

You will travel between sites, develop teams, manage budgets and drive Lean Luxury standards. We value hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen and excellent guest relationships, with English fluency as a must.
