As Cluster Hotel Manager (all genders) for Northern Europe, you are the connecting force between our hotels across the region – Ruby Lucy, Ruby Zoe and Ruby Stella in London, Ruby Molly in Dublin, and Ruby Frida in Stockholm. At your home base, you lead one of our hotels as a true host, shaping the local spirit and making sure everything runs smoothly.

At the same time, you keep an eye on the bigger picture, regularly visiting the other hotels to ensure they all perform strongly, operate seamlessly, and stay true to the Ruby way. You combine strategic thinking with a genuine passion for hospitality and love not only managing hotels but continuously developing them and taking them to the next level.

  • represent Ruby Zoe as well as Ruby Lucy, Ruby Stella, Ruby Molly and Ruby Frida, working closely with the Hotel Managers across your cluster and staying connected with the teams on site.
  • build high-performing teams by recruiting, onboarding and developing your people at Ruby Zoe while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across the entire cluster.
  • Lead by example – you're not just managing from the sidelines, you're part of the team and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • keep a close eye on the numbers, ensuring budgets are met, forecasts are on point and costs stay under control across your cluster.
  • spot opportunities before others do, continuously improving processes, driving performance and staying one step ahead through strategic planning.
  • live and breathe the Ruby Spirit, making sure our style, quality standards and Lean Luxury philosophy come to life consistently across every hotel in your cluster.

We've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are:

  • several years of experience in an operational leadership role within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality industry.
  • strong commercial acumen and solid knowledge of POS and PMS systems (Opera Cloud is definitely a plus).
  • an inspiring and charismatic leader who knows how to motivate people while staying approachable, authentic and hands-on.
  • a natural host with excellent communication skills, building genuine connections with guests, teams and partners alike.
  • someone who leads by example, enjoys being part of the operation and never hesitates to roll up their sleeves.
  • fluent in English; any additional European language is a welcome bonus.
