Lead. Inspire. Deliver Excellence. We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Operations Team Leade r to join our dynamic team in Salford at Ruby Energy. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a high-performing administration team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do As our Operations Team Leader, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of administrators to achieve high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance. Monitor and manage risk through close oversight of industry data flows. Produce insightful performance reports for senior management. Oversee the onboarding, renewal, and closure of customer contracts – including new acquisitions. Identify process improvements with customer experience at the forefront. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing documentation, policies, and procedures. Recognise and mitigate conduct risks, including support for vulnerable customers. Drive SLA and KPI performance, escalating issues when necessary. Lead daily team meetings and monthly one-to-ones, fostering continuous development and cross-skilling. Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver against key performance metrics. Support audits and business initiatives, ensuring smooth process change and strong communication.
