We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Salford at Ruby Energy. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a high-performing administration team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
As our Operations Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of administrators to achieve high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and manage risk through close oversight of industry data flows.
- Produce insightful performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee the onboarding, renewal, and closure of customer contracts – including new acquisitions.
- Identify process improvements with customer experience at the forefront.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Recognise and mitigate conduct risks, including support for vulnerable customers.
- Drive SLA and KPI performance, escalating issues when necessary.
- Lead daily team meetings and monthly one-to-ones, fostering continuous development and cross-skilling.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver against key performance metrics.
- Support audits and business initiatives, ensuring smooth process change and strong communication.
