Main Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Write blog posts, articles, newsletters and website copy
- Craft social media captions and content that reflect our tone of voice
- Help shape messaging across multiple brands in the group
- Work with designers and the wider team to align visuals and words
- Research topics and trends in energy, sustainability and B2B markets
- Proofread and edit content to a high standard
- Keep content up to date across all platforms
- Support internal communications and team updates
- Work closely with sales to support their messaging and campaigns
Competencies
- Creative but structured in approach
- Enjoys working with others and open to feedback
- Comfortable switching between different tones of voice
- Understands how words can support brand values and goals
- Curious and eager to improve
Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, media, communications preferred
- Strong writing skills with clear, engaging tone
- Experience writing for different platforms and audiences
- Comfortable researching and simplifying complex topics
- Good grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Some knowledge of SEO and content strategy helpful
- Organised and able to manage content calendars
- HubSpot experience is preferred, but well provide training if needed
