We are looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer to lead the visual output across all of Ruby Energys channels and support wider group opportunities at East Pines Energy Investments. Youll be responsible for designing high-quality graphics for web, social, print and internal use, while helping to shape and protect our brand. This role calls for someone with a strong eye for design, a proactive approach, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Youll work closely with teams across the business to bring ideas to life and deliver clear, consistent visuals.
Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Design and produce on-brand visuals for social media, email, web and print
- Support sales and commercial teams with pitch decks, proposals and marketing materials
- Help evolve and maintain Ruby Energys visual identity
- Create graphics for internal communications and team updates
- Collaborate with other departments to bring ideas to life visually
- Build templates for repeated design needs (e.g. social posts, event flyers)
- Prepare assets for use across all marketing channels
- Manage brand assets and keep them up to date
- Assist with photography, video and editing if comfortable
Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, media, communications preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, colour, layout and typography
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to keep improving
- Experience working with brand guidelines
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Portfolio of work that shows creative range and quality
