- End-To-End Campaign Management: Manage external agencies and lead the hands-on execution of paid media campaigns across global channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta).
- Performance Analysis: Analyze global campaign metrics to identify cross-regional trends and provide data-driven recommendations that impact the entire organization.
- Ad Operations & Infrastructure: Support global campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bid management. Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on global lead routing, vendor onboarding, and system troubleshooting.
- A/B Testing & Innovation: Design and conduct A/B tests to refine messaging and targeting, scaling successful regional experiments into global best practices.
- Budget Stewardship: Manage global budget allocations effectively, implementing sophisticated bidding strategies to maximize ROI across diverse currencies and markets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the strategic "connector" between the US-based leadership, global Paid Media team, and the local EMEA/MENA Marketing and Sales pods.
