Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own all elements of bookings growth in new and existing Enterprise accounts across the UKI region. We seek a relentless self-starter focused on acquiring new logos, discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipelines, and executing account strategies. The role involves encouraging existing customer expansion and working closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas.

What You\’ll Do

  1. Define and execute sales plans for your territory to meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to facilitate strategic transactions.
  3. Identify and close new growth opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  4. Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center environments.
  5. Collaborate with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
  6. Provide feedback on local market opportunities and identify new business and channel partnerships.

Experience Needed

  • 5+ years of tech sales experience, either in IT Infrastructure or SaaS.
  • Proven success in landing new logos.
  • Strong performance in selling to large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with channels.
  • Highly driven with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
