What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organisation. You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide feedback needed for product development and direction. You will be part of the EMEA/APJ Growth team and work together with the sales leaders and dedicated product pre sales engineers. Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization. Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts. Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments. Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships Experience You’ll Need: At least 20 years Tech sales experience in a startup environment (selling either IT Infrastructure or Cloud/SaaS) Well experienced sales experience in cloud, security, infrastructure Well experienced sales experience in cyber security solutions Consistent track record landing net “new logos” Strong track record of performance selling to End User Fortune 1000 Understanding and experience working with an partner ecosystem Highly driven, goal oriented “get it done” attitude Experience selling early stage products in a complex solution.
