What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organisation.
- You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide feedback needed for product development and direction.
- You will be part of the EMEA / APJ Growth team and work together with the sales leaders and dedicated product pre sales engineers.
- Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting qualifying managing and closing sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
- Present Rubrik Inc. solutions within complex Enterprise IT environments.
- Co‑sell and strategize with partners distributors and VARs to enable rapid growth.
- Provide Rubrik Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
Experience You’ll Need
- At least 20 years Tech sales experience in a startup environment (selling either IT Infrastructure or Cloud / SaaS).
- Well experienced sales experience in cloud security infrastructure.
- Well experienced sales experience in cyber security solutions.
- Consistent track record landing net new logos.
- Strong track record of performance selling to End User Fortune 1000.
- Understanding and experience working with an partner ecosystem.
- Experience selling early stage products in a complex solution.
