Operating fully remotely, the firm combines the standards and sophistication of leading UK firms with a supportive, close-knit culture. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor (5–6 years PQE) to join our Real Estate team.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters and support the continued development of the department. The role includes a broad range of commercial property work, together with some high-quality residential property matters and corporate support.
Typical Work Will Include:
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Refinancing and secured lending
- Development work
- Corporate support on acquisitions and disposals
- Limited high-end residential property work
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Deliver clear, commercially focused advice
- Build strong client and introducer relationships
- Manage matters efficiently end-to-end
- Contribute to the department’s growth and reputation
What Will Be Expected of You:
- Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision

Hours and Location: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm (37.5 hours per week). Fully remote working.
