We specialise in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services. Strip and Rebuild of a range of industrial rotating equipment. Have mechanical knowledge to identify and rectify faulty and worn/damaged components and understand reclamation techniques and reverse engineering options. The ability to create strip down reports and to identify components in need of repair and replacement. Flexibility when required in addition to the workshop environment on occasions site working may be required to assist our field based site engineers. Understand and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and Company procedures. Performing planned and predictive maintenance. Maintain the required standards of housekeeping. Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Techniques, (MRO) ~ Training will be given to the right applicant who shows a good knowledge and would like to expand their skill set. ~Participate in call out rota as required after a period of adjustment ~ Recognised apprenticeship or evidence of training or experience is required.
