Key Responsibilities:
Production and Repair of Valve assemblies utilising the following equipment subject to training / experience competency sign -off
Abrasive Wheels + other air tools
Low- & High-Pressure Valve Test Rigs
Lathes
Milling Machine
Hand Power Tools
Lapping Machine
Metal washer
Ultrasonic parts cleaner
Shot Blaster
Hand Tools
Overhead Crane
Reading of Engineering Drawings
Measuring Equipment
Key Skills:
Effective use of time and prioritisation of work in accordance with instructions from management.
Maintaining accurate records (Test Certificates, work signoffs MRP records, production notes)
To undertake any other duties as may be required which are appropriate to the role and competency of the employee.
Follow policies and procedures in conjunction with quality management system.
To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety requirements relevant to your work set out by Rubix, and following all company risk assessments and method statements.
Always wearing all appropriate PPE in accordance with company Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Ensure that the workplace areas are kept clear, clean and tidy - high standard of housekeeping.
All ISO 14001 environmental requirements are met.
Undertake any training courses assigned to you by management to be competent in your role. xiskglj
Organisation and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
