The Role
Permanent Full Time
As a Stores Mobilisation Specialist, you will be integral to our storeroom operations, supporting new site implementations, undertaking full stores installations, and enhancing health and safety and operational practices onsite. You will work closely with a Senior SRS Technician for daily guidance on project specifics. This role requires significant travel and overnight stays, to ensure efficient and compliant storeroom operations across all our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Log and verify MRO spare parts.
- Create and maintain data files of stores data.
- Co-ordinate with the Project Manager the progress and quality of data captured.
- Manage personal tools and equipment, i.e. printers, hand tools etc.
- Store Layout Optimisation:
- Assemble and install racking and shelving systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Physical Relocation of Stores:
- Execute the physical move of stores to new locations.
- Support logistics to minimise disruption and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in setting up new storerooms to meet operational needs and safety standards.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all worksites.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Undertake all e-learning and training in relation to H&S as directed.

- Deliver projects within specified timescales.
