We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Pricing Manager to lead a small, high-performing team and play a key role in driving business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the team of analysts
- Liaise with key stakeholders around the business to improve the service provided by the team
- Develop high quality and accurate KPIs around the pricing performance
- Produce regular reports for internal customers, including the senior leadership team
- Take ownership for the continued improvement in service, reports and analytics provided to the network
- Develop ideas and implement improvements to current processes
- Ensure the accuracy, transparency and integrity of the department is upheld
Key Skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in approriate subject(e. xiskglj g. maths, statistics, economics)
- Experience working within a pricing function
- History of managing and leading a team
- Confidence in liaising with senior management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Confident in generating and putting forward ideas and solutions.
